Often, I have heard consultants and ‘experts’ say “Let’s audit-proof your business!” The fact is, no business can be audit-proof. Sure, you may ‘proof’ some numbers. 1+1=2 is surely a fact. However, with most employment law issues the hope of being audit-proof is more of a dream that may turn into a nightmare if you’re not careful.
