We have an employee who lives in NV but comes to UT to work for us. My question is what state would we pay the unemployment taxes to NV, where she lives or UT where she works?
Can we ask an employee to arrive early so they can get logged in and not pay them for extra 10 minutes?
Can a company require employees to (A) take a minimum amount of PTO, (B) require them to use PTO if they have it available, (C) require employees to take their lunch break at a specific time?
