BREAKING NEWS: DOL issues Field Assistance Bulletin: Electronic posting for purposes of the FLSA, FMLA, Section 14(c)of the FLSA, EPPA, SCA, and DBA 

This bulletin made it clear to all Regional Administrators, Deputy Regional Administrators, Directors of Enforcement, and District Directors that electronic posters are allowed under specific circumstances.

This guidance is very important due to the increase in the number of remote workers and the limited opportunity to view physical posters in the workplace.
