We are a small business with 37 employees. We implemented HR in 2016. I am working on getting business compliant in all areas, which is overwhelming. As I am not sure what I am missing. We have been working on policy updates.I am looking for a checklist for state of MN & Fed, that tells me what “communications” are mandatory for employees.Can you help me with this?I need to know what OSHA communication I need to do with my new hires, how soon, and then training follow up.
