We have an EE who has been out due to an (alleged) workplace injury since the end of May 2024. Our Christmas Party is coming up. Must we allow them to attend? Thank you!
Answer:
I would not ban them from attending just because of the injury. That could be considered WC retaliation, and it’s not worth it.
